Project inquiries
When you submit the contact form, Bilzing receives the name, email address, optional phone number, service and budget selections, and project description you provide. The website sends this information through a server-side endpoint to Bilzing's Supabase-hosted enquiry service so the team can review and respond to it.
If the form cannot be sent, the direct-email option lets you move the same details into your own email application. In that case, the message is also handled by your email provider and Bilzing's email provider.
Spam and abuse prevention
The server uses the network address supplied by the hosting platform to create a keyed, one-way hash for spam prevention and service security. The raw address is not forwarded with the enquiry or stored in its place. Hosting providers may still process network addresses in their ordinary security and delivery logs.
How long inquiries are kept
Bilzing keeps enquiry information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and protect the service from abuse. Legal obligations may require some records to be retained for longer.
Website operations
Hosting providers may process basic technical logs such as IP address, device or browser information, requested pages, and timestamps to deliver, secure, and diagnose the website.
Facebook content
The homepage can retrieve public posts from the Bilzing Facebook page. Opening a Facebook link takes you to Meta's services, where Meta's own terms and privacy practices apply.
Your choices
You can ask what information Bilzing holds about you, request a correction, or request deletion where applicable. You may also contact Bilzing directly instead of using the website form. Email hello@bilzing.com.
